1. Torsion Springs

• Mounted above the door on the torsion tube
• Provide lifting force by counterbalancing the door’s weight
• Most common and safest spring system

2. Torsion Tube & End Bearing Plates

• Torsion tube holds the springs and drums
• End bearings support the tube and allow smooth rotation

3. Drums

• Located at each end of the torsion tube
• Cables wrap and unwrap around the drums as the door moves
